Ernie Shiraki is a cybersecurity executive, entrepreneur, and industry speaker with extensive experience spanning consulting, engineering leadership, and business management. He has spearheaded critical engineering services and operational initiatives at FireEye, following the acquisition of his co-founded Secure DNA Consulting. Ernie is a co-founder of Shakacon and has contributed to numerous industry events. He also serves as the Executive Director of Compliance and CEO of Claris Consulting. Ernie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Loyola Marymount University.

Executive Director of Operations

 Sam Sok is a business operations executive and industry advocate with a background in finance, consulting, and technology. He has provided strategic and analytical support to executive leadership and engineering teams at Trellix. Beyond his role as Executive Director of Operations at Claris Consulting, Sam actively contributes to the cybersecurity community as a board member of the ISACA Hawaii chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Executive Director of Security

Mark Ryan Talabis is a cybersecurity executive, author, and seminar lecturer with experience across finance, hospitality, information technology, and consulting. He has led major global and regional security initiatives, published two books on information security, and spoken at global conferences like DEFCON and Blackhat. He is also a seminar lecturer at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS). He holds advanced degrees from Harvard University and Ateneo de Manila University.

Advisor

Jason Martin is a cybersecurity entrepreneur, executive, and author with extensive experience in building and scaling security technology companies. He co-founded Permiso Security, Shakacon, and Secure DNA Consulting (acquired by FireEye), where he served as Executive Vice President, Global Engineering & Security Products. He currently serves as an advisor at NightDragon Security and Deepfence Inc., and as Chairman of the Board at Auth Armor. Jason has co-authored two books, “Information Security Risk Assessment Toolkit: Practical Assessments through Data Collection and Data Analysis” and “Information Security Analytics: Finding Security Insights, Patterns, and Anomalies in Big Data”. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii.
